    I have contacted the user who I bought the town off of and asked him politely to remove his things, he told me he was too busy and just sent me here instead.
    Note: Do not remove the signs, only protections. Thanks!

    Removed locks on eight lift signs, four requested on app, and others were noticed in-game

    As for the chest, since the screenshots provide proof only for the signs, I contacted blowtube and he unlocked the chest and may have claimed its contents.
