    xxmoxmoxx has never been banned for griefing so I cannot remove these locks for this reason. You will need to contact this user and give him at least three days to remove the locks first before requesting these locks to be removed. Also, remember that you will need to supply proof that you have notified this user about removing the locks on your next request.
