Found seven(Edit: dodos showed me the ones I missed) eleven locks of pppp999, and jpslpmex02 locks cannot be removed, as he is only offline for a day, please contact them to remove their items. Also, in the future, please include at-least one y value to make teleporting to the location easier for the staff member.
