    While the screens do you so attempting to contact them you left out when, as from the screenshot I cannot tell if you sent this three days ago, to right before you posted the lwc request. In the future, I would advise you use the format of "Type mail, screenshot, send mail, screenshot, screenshot" and upload the first and third screenshots. You do not have to send him a new mail, but in three days, please make a new lwc request and link this thread so it shows that you have given him three days.
