Hello hiccabup, While the lock is just a sign, the server still requires that you give the user time to remove his lock. Make sure to take screens with timestamps by doing "type mail, screenshot, send mail, screenshot, screenshot" and uploading the first and third screenshot. Also, you can directly pm the user, and if he refuses or gives you permission to file the lwc, it will be removed. Lwc removal request denied.
