    Hello Nelsin,

    As he is an active user, and the town was bought from him, you will have to ask him to remove the locks first before the staff team will remove his locks for you. If he refuses, or gives you permission to remove the locks, please post a new lwc with screenshot evidence.

    Lwc removal request denied.
