Unfortunately we are not allowed to lock or remove contents of a chest when doing LWC removals. But either way the inactivity of this user doesn't quite meet the necessary requirement to be removed. If you would like to post another one next time you are online you may be able to request the staff member to contact you when they remove it. However it is no required of the staff member to contact you when removing the lock, That would simply be a courtesy. -Jakey
