    While I do see that you have tried to contact this user to have his locks removed, this user has not read the forum conversation, nor logged into the server since that was sent, so I am going to request that you give him the full seven days to be considered inactive before the staff team will remove his locks. I would also make sure you send him a mail asking to check his forum conversations, so if he logs in, he can read it and hopefully comply with the request.

    Lwc removal request denied.
