    8. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things?
    The user is not banned from the server, but was removed from the town due to grief and stealing.
    9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: He is no longer in the town, this chest was made as part of another players company. Due to him no longer having perms to the town he can't work for the company and the chest has to be removed.

    You will have to notify this user and give them at least three days to unlock this on their own via the forums(tagged) or in-game mail. This user has not been inactive/offline long enough for me to remove this lock, but after the notification time is up and the lock is still there then you can make a new request with proof of notification and we will unlock this for you at that time.
