8. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? This user is not a member of the town and never has been. I have requested by mail and pm (see latest screenshots) that he remove these locks which are on other peoples plots. He never replies. I have asked in chat when he has been in the town and asked his friend (who does have a plot) to also ask but the locks remain.
