8. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? Yes Garrett was banned over a month ago. He lost the lottery I believe, and then started using vulgar language in global repeatedly. Sent him a mail 3 weeks ago

9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: It is taking up space in my town. I would like to clear the plot for another buyer​
