8. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? The user is not banned. I have made a thread regarding the town upgrade and this user has not been on the forums since Feb 27th 2012 and when I do /seen on the server he shows up as offline for 15 days 1 hour.
9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: I am giving the town a makeover and he has a door on the perimeter of the town.
