User offline one day, if you want these locks removed you would need prove of asking him to remove them and him refusing too. I would advise using the "write mail, screenshot, send mail, screenshot, screenshot" and using the first and third screenshot.Then post a new lwc request after the required time (3 days) has past. Lwc removal request denied.
