    hello! i am the co-mayor sergeantclumm of the town ecoville the mayor is coffelatte2 and me and him want to change the town rules unfortunately the player _lepercon_ has locked the signs and we are unable to remove them because he is on vacation and will not be back for a long time could you please remove them for us so we can get back to our buisness.
