    The player needs to be given 3 days notice before you can remove his locks while he is still considered an active player. Active players are anyone who have been on in the last week. To give him notice please /pm or /mail send or forum tag him. Then take screenshots of this. Give him 3 days to remove his own locks and then file a new LWC with the evidence.
