No he has not been banned. I have attempted to pm him in game several times and was ignored. I saw him actively playing while I was messaging him. I mailed him after and was told "just lwc them"
9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: He was never a member of my town and yet I have found things locked by him all over the place.
