8. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? This user is not banned and I know that they have only been offline for 1 day but I have been mailing her to remove this chest for over 2 months now and she hasn't done it. The plot wasn't hers to begin with either and now that the original plot owner is banned, I reclaiming it and I need this chest gone.
