User is not banned. I've tried contacting them today via /mail send, and I received the error message, "Player hardstoffer2 was never on this server." /seen hardstoffer2 shows "Player not found." I am not able to find hardstoffer2 on the website at all. Error: "The specified member cannot be found. Please enter a member's entire name." Proof of sending mail is included.

9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: I discovered the items on the backside of the mountains I am removing. I don't want it gone, just unlocked.
