    After discussing this with other staff members, we cannot remove the locks as the only date we have to work with is "Monday", and that is only two days ago. You will have to file this request after three days have passed, or show a screenshot that has timestamps printed out in. You can get timestamps in screenshots by double tapping the screenshot key.
