8. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? I have contacted ToffeeSquirrel although he refused unless I paid him 10k. (Unfortunately I did not get a screenshot so I understand that I can't prove this.)

9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: The user was never a member of my town. These were chests that I placed to store dirt whilst I was levelling out my town and filling in water. He then locked them. I want to remove them so I can get rid of the chests.
