I have tried to contact these individuals and I have left signs outside their chest for 2 weeks

Ustream is banned for x-ray ---did /seen
Shandim hasn't been online...he is a resident in one of my towns and is never on
Tytybennett hasn't been on in close to a month
armorresh55 hasn't been on

I tried to inform them of the need to remove their items but they are never on. I am online 8-10 hours a day and I am currently working on the land that these chests occupy.

6. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: I own the land and I am currently building a town. They are in my way and need to be unlocked.....
