9. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? Can you provide proof of this?: I have tried to contact them, they haven't responded. They've been inactive and have many locked chests/furnaces all over my new town.
10. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: They're inactive and it makes it so I can't build in certain places because there are random locked chests everywhere.
