No, but i have stated that he is to unlock his items upon leaving the town
10. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: The sign in question is a public lift sign that somehow wasnt locked. As the current lock is private, other members of the town are unable to access it. Also, the member, piplup34, is no longer a member of the town, and i have requested he unlock all items he may have locked within the town.
