Can you provide proof of this?: This user is not banned from the server, I do not believe (When I try /seen, it simply states 'Player not found'.) I mailed the user about one week ago, but I lost the screenshot.

10. Why do you want it gone/reasons? These locks are preventing me from removing the user's plot for resale. The user has been inactive for quite some time, and there is no reason for his plot to remain.
