The user is not banned from the server. I sent the user two mail messages and never received a response. Searching for the user using the /seen command reveals that he has not been online for more than 23 days. This brings me to believe that he no longer plays on the ECC server.
10. Why do you want it gone/reasons?:
The chest is placed on the ground right next one of the town farms that is due to undergo expansion. However, since this chest is inaccessible by anyone but Resky4, it is obstructing the area intended for expansion purposes, and both the mayor and myself are unable to continue expansion on our farm building.
