Not banned. Have tried contacting the user with mail messages twice but received no reply. I used /seen dominacruera which showed the user has been logged off for about 9 days now.
10. Why do you want it gone/reasons?:
I recently purchased the town from another player, and this chest was left here, so I just wish to clear the space.
