9. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? Can you provide proof of this?: He is not banned as far as I know, seen him on yesterday. I asked him to remove it a couple times while he was working in the town, and again the next day. Failed both times. I do not have evidence of this unfortunately.
10. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: I want these gone because he is not a member of my town. I hired him to remove all the trees from the land since it was new. He came in and I gave him temp perms to remove the trees. Once the trees were gone I paid him and asked him to remove the chests. I was walking around the land when I noticed the chests were still there, in which case I asked him to remove them again. I did not get a response. I don't need anything from the chest and it should just contain wood from the trees that were cut down.

As this player appears to be active, you need proof of your asking him to remove his locks / giving him his 3 days eviction notice via our /mail system. Proper proof of this should look like:
Please note the timestamp on the image, which you can do by doubletapping f2.
You may refile this when your have proof of his eviction and 3 days have passed since it was issues, or if he responds with proof saying he refuses to remove the locks.
