9. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? Can you provide proof of this?: No they are not banned and I contacted them about moving their things. I sent them several messages, no response.
10. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: they have been inactive for 27 days which broke my towns rule of 10 days.(this is tied in with the awnesr above)
