No, he has been inactive. As he has another plot that is not being taken away all his items will be deposited there. (this is his former co-mayor's office, but he has been gone too long to remain a co-mayor. Due to this i am removing his items from his office to add them to his normal house.)

EDIT: as it is in an area full of my own protections, i broke holes in the roof above the protections.
