Hello @HelenDKN Jammer360 has only been offline for 1 day 13hrs and I am not sufficiently convinced that they are troll locks to remove them. You need to request that they remove the locks within 3 days. Please can you use /mail (and take screenshots) asking them to remove the locks within 3 days and then refile this request and attach the screenshots are proof. Locked
