9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: I will not tolerate scammers, exploiters or hackers in my city. Rule board states player will be booted from city if you are caught doing any of the above. Not to mention this is his 2nd ban in as many days. I was told to wait 3 days for a ban appeal, which he has not appealed. Need to tear down the houses and move on.
