Why are you requesting these be removed? the user has been banned and inactive for some time, bought this town plan to do work in it where most of this will be in the way or out of place. Im sure theres more lwcs here needing removed but these will get me started at least.

We don't remove locks owned by the original owner, if you want it removed you gotta have a town claim (meeting the requirements) and file a town claim for the town. Once obtained you (or someone other than alkan if you're gonna buy from a town claim from a user) can file the LWC removal as Alkan will no longer be original owner. You can always try contacting @AlkanGains using forum inbox to see if he can remove them for you. Locked, denied
