8. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? No, but this lock is on another user's plot (dallum, as made evident by the signs all around it). GOLD was also found to recently have griefed the plot, and was removed from the town. I believe he may have locked the gate at that time, as well.

9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: This is a different user's plot, and I would like the gates to be used by that user. He did not lock either of them, so I would like them left in that state.
