The reason I haven't removed the locks is because I am extremely concerned about the situation. The owner has not been on for awhile and I am concerned that Miniclh does not have the authority to do what she is doing. She has removed all the members and added new co-mayors. She plans to redo the whole town, though the owner isn't aware of those plans.

You need to wait the full three days before I can remove these locks. Also, if there is a concern about this then a complaint should be filed.
