IGN: @Imabankthing Users Involved in this Contract: @Antipathies Terms of the contract: Contract Purpose - This contract serves to initiate an agreement between @Imabankthing and @Antipathies for the sale of a Magic Rod (#KVFDAF4X) to @Antipathies, and to protect both users in the case of failure to maintain agreement by either party. Within 24 hours of this contract's approval, @Imabankthing will give the magic rod (#KVFDAF4X) to @Antipathies @Antipathies will have 4 weeks from the date of this contract's approval to pay $3,000,000 EcoDollars. This payment will be split into 30 separate payments of $100,000 EcoDollars at a chest located at 824 62 12378 in Rising on the Main server in the town of Colebex (easily accessed by /warp Colebex). These payments are not due in any specific time frame except by the due date, and are split up only for the convenience of @Antipathies. Magic rod (#KVFDAF4X) will remain /own'd to @Imabankthing until the $3,000,000 is paid off, at which point ownership will be transferred to @Antipathies. @Antipathies will have full access to the rod during its repayment period. Should anything happen to cause the rod to become lost while in @Antipathies care, the $3,000,000 will still be owed. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
