In Game Name: HyruleanHeroWhat part of EcoCityCraft is this suggestion for: Main City ServerShort title for your suggestion: Debug StickWhat are you suggesting: 1.13 introduced an item you can get by using the /give command, called the Debug Stick, which allows the modification of a block's state, such as making a stair into a corner stair without the need for other stairs being adjacent to it. I have a video that demonstrates this and other block changes the stick can perform, and I will add that in Other Information as I've already written a lot in this part. Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?: I feel like this would be a good addition for ExtCreations, probably the Plus+ version, and would be great for decorating purposes. It doesn't do much besides changing block states, so I can't imagine it would hurt to use it.Other information: Plugin or custom addition: One suggestion per form: I Understand.
+1 I see no harm in having this. Plus, as a builder, this would be so useful for me since stairs and slabs can be a huge pain to work with. As for how we could incorporate this, maybe a /kit debug for ExtCreations++ (or even ExtCommands++ maybe) than can only be used maybe once every 7 days (or even 30 days)
+1 more bulding versatility. I like it. Add it under any feat you like. but if ment for decoration and building a 30 day.. or Even any cooldown would be more annoying Than not having this tool In the first place imo. forget a stair wait a month ? Id suggest like the ice from investigator. on off tool if implemented.
It’s not like the debug stick vanishes after a certain amount of uses. The enormous cooldown was to make it actually valuable since these could flood the economy fast. I like this idea and thought it as well. Thing is, I don’t know how easy/hard it would be to implement since this method is unique and pretty custom already. All I know is kits are pretty easy to make (and Andrew typically accepts suggestions that require less custom code)
Oh, that's an understandable point, and to be honest, I didn't realize it only worked in creative. Maybe someday we'll start getting plugins that revolve around new mechanics and items. I could absolutely see there being a new plugin that allows this item to work in survival, but made to prevent potential problems, obviously.
