It's not like the bank is disabled from 11-1 just to inconvienence people, there are good reasons for it.

The TL;DR - the daily backup (which runs around that time) can cause issues that may wipe any ECD you try to /bank withdraw. I don't think you want to use the forum bank around that time.
(Actually, I'm curious whether this could be used to duplicate ECD using /bank deposit. But that doesn't matter because I'm pretty sure this suggestion has a chance of essentially 0% of being accepted due to the withdraw issue. After all, as Nicit said, there's a pretty good reason why that limitation was imposed onto /bank in the first place.)

This will NEVER happen, and I will never bother going into reasons why.
11pm-1am EST is a sacred time when it comes to EcoCityCraft's backup/maintenance systems, and I wouldn't allow you to use bank regardless of what you offered me for it. This is a set in stone forever denied suggestion.
