Using /smelt on a wet sponge​

What are you suggesting:

I am suggesting that the ability to /smelt a wet sponge back into a dry sponge should be implemented.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

As of right now, wet sponges do not sponge anymore like they used to, and cooking them is tedious and not worthwhile honestly. I'm suggesting that /smelt should work on this to make the sponge function like it should.​
