Adding /help for nether and end ranks.​

What are you suggesting:

When you do "/help ranks" you get informed from Resident rank to $$$EcoLegend$$$, but nether and end ranks are shown as "Unknown chapter".
I suggest adding information about this ranks in the game, not only at the "difficult to find" forum wiki.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

In my humble opinion, I think this will be a nice addition for the server because players will be more motivated about joining nether and end if they see the possibilities each rank gives to them.​
