Coral-decay flag for WorldGuard​

What are you suggesting:

To add a coral-decay flag to the WorldGuard plugin to prevent live coral blocks from dying without needing water to be placed next to them.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

It would allow users to include these colorful blocks in their builds without the need of placing water or if they can't place water (say there's not enough space in their build) they can still use these blocks.​

Other information:

To my knowledge, the flag is not a part of the plugin right now so it would have to be developed. Might be restricted by how Minecraft's mechanics work (similar to how you can't place sugar cane on a block without it being adjacent to water, for example.)​
