McMMO Mining Superbreaker change​

What are you suggesting:

Enable obsidian under "Instant Break" mining blocks.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

---TL;DR--- Super Breaker is severely underpowered with exception of its triple bonus drop chance (which is arguably overpowered at high ranks).
Obsidian should be considered an eligible "Mining block" to rapidly speed up obsidian mining and placement because obsidian mining is dramatically underpowered (more details below if required). ---/TL;DR---



Currently with blast mining disabled and easy methods used to obtain high efficiency/fortune pickaxes, it seems McMMO's Mining skill has been crippled. I mainly just want to talk about a minor quality of life change to Super Breaker.

This will allow for obsidian to be more accessible to people, as it is not eligible for extra drop chances using Fortune pickaxes OR Super Breaker -- therefore, there is virtually no economy around this block because nobody will mine it. These changes will make mining obsidian more rewarding without affecting Superbreaker's impact on other blocks.​

Other information:

Superbreaker seems to be less rewarding compared to its original versions -- and rightfully so in many cases except for Obsidian. This block deserves some love.​
