Brief Description:
Teleported home from the mining world using /home command and instantly died. I went from 5k(Almost 6k) exp to 100 EXP.
Instructions:
I was sitting in a boat and did the command and died instantly upon entering Rising at my home. It is not blocked or anything.
How many times did you recreate this?:
It's 3am, I haven't tried. Kinda too mad, gonna sleep.

Evidence:
I don't really have any, but I'm sure you can check the log. It wasn't more than 30minutes before I posted this.

 

Now that I've slept and am less angry about the exp loss, I was able to recreate it. In a boat in the mining world and teleport home. Die the moment I spawn in. Attempted the same in the same world as my /home command and no death. I switched from Rising to Legacy and still no death on going home. It seems to only happen if I go home from the mining world while in a boat using my /home command.

So in conclusion:
Don't use /home command while in a boat and in the mining world. =\
