I will be editing the application because i have realised there needs to be more info than that for me to chose one for you, once i get on i will pm you in game, youre budget is great, but please state the size you want it. 30*30, 50*50 etc.

 

This is the new format, please use this to apply for any house you would like built. I will also be adding more houses in 2-3 days, as i have more that i and my team of builders have completed.

 

Sparkly is my sidekick and she normally does the interior because she is amazing at it, i am good also but she is better, but if you per-fer me to do it then i will. basically heres what you get, an amzing house, with interior and exterior decorating, i do anything that you want in the hosue, such as vaults, chest rooms etc. Just tell me what you want and i do it.

 

The Atlantis resort?

 

If you have the town to have it built, i estimate at about 450k-600k is what it will cost for it to be built because it is all brick.

 

None, i wish some did but that Atlantis resort takes up a whole town not just what you see in the picture.
