Some of the most walked paths in EcoCityCraft are those of the user run market. Pixelated peoples from far and wide browse and crowd to find the best deals for hundreds of types of items.
Just a Short Walk
You can get to the market from Rising Spawn, or by typing "/warp market".
You can type "/warp station#" to arrive at the front of that shop.
How to Get Your Own Shop

@AdmiralD I really didn't notice that until you brought it up, lots of shops are under lease right now. In the old market, most of the shops were empty. Spawnshops are a new commodity I suppose :) -

The well-needed update is finally here! Updates reflect changes to:
Shop 14- expired; Rented soon after by DeMacca
Shop 82- Transferred from Maco20047 to DiamondDesire
In addition, many shops were renewed before expiry, still leaving only shop 86 as available. 95 shops are rented! Keep watching for expiries and trade ads in the near future! -

This massive list update includes the following changes:
Shops now open: 6, 38, 52, 82
Shops now rented: 86
Shops with transferred owners (via expiry or transaction): 3, 7, 9, 11, 36, 37, 40 (x2), 42, 45, 51, 55, 59, 78, 84, 88.
Many shops renewed!
*EDIT* Shop 81 is now rented! Only 4 shops remain open! Watch for the Trade ads and expiries! -
I used to own a "cellar" shop in the old system. I had prices that were, literally, half the cost of the person who owned the shop above mine. Yet I received less than 1/10 of the sales she did for the same items. This was WITH a lift sign between our shops. I paid for the shop out of my funds and would smile when I made $100 a day.
Now, the same shop, with the same items (a little more since I started to expand my selection), allows my shop to pay for itself. I feel there is a lot more competition with the way the shops are set up now, and less on location (although those prime location shops are HUGE!). The new set-up definately is better for commerce and allows less of the monopolization that occured before.-
