Each week of rent is $5000. I have the $25000 for the first five weeks already pre-paid, though I will subtract that from my profits for the 31 days, as indicated at the bottom of my first post.

 

Oh. Well... I don't buy anything in the shop. It's all items for sale. I farm up just about all of the materials I have, or make them, or I trade with others for what I need. (The other shops I am affiliated with, for example, if I sell something they don't, I'll trade them what they sell that I don't, and we both win.)

 

Had a good sales day today. So far 46k in profits. Nearly 10 weeks of rent are paid for, which is amazing.

 

2nd week completed. Total earnings to date: $78321.

 

Total after 3 weeks $147838.

Not much longer left to go in this study. After the shop remodel, I will complete this same study for November to ensure consistent results.

 

I work graveyard shift, starting the evening of one day and ending the morning of the next. So, if I forgot to tally at midnight, and didn't notice until the following midnight, yes... that would be losing a day, in my own quirky way.

 

Fifth week completed. Total earnings to date: $202915
At this rate, should shop sales continue at this level, I will have it paid off in 12 months.
Here's to hoping I can reduce that slightly.

Very poor sales day today. I wasn't online at all (spent the day in bed, so now I somehow feel worse). This proves what no advertising can do, even with as little trade advertising I do, despite having an awesome location.
