    We do not enforce agreements relating to lotto. If matrix does "bless" you, you are not obligated to pay him. That being said, it is physically impossible for this to be a scam, or for this to work, seeing as matrix has absolutely no power with regards to the lottery system. But by all means, if you win lotto, feel free to give matrix your money.
