    The town name "EcoCity" already exists, so please choose a different name.

    Also some of the town posts are off by one or so blocks. You may be getting different coordinates if you're using a mod so please use the /getpos command to verify the actual coordinates.

    2.
    The town covers a total area of 40804 blocks - it is one block too long and one block too wide.
