General Purpose of Contract:
I will get [Mayor] for Tygerlily and Tygerlily will make their town where I ask them to and I will give Tygerlily $40k so they can apply for a PVP arena in their town and they will transfer the town ownership to me.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

1. Will do /pay Tygerlily 85000 [Within 24 hours of the contract's approval]
2. Will do /pay Tygerlily 40000 [When I am ready to have a pvp arena in the town, after the stadium is built]

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Tygerlily:

1. Will apply for [mayor] with the money Samurai_N gave them [Within 24 hour of the contract's approval]
2. Will make their town named StreetFighter [When they make their mayor application]
3. Will make their town in the legacy world [When they make their mayor application]

6. Will apply for a PVP arena the size of the whole town with the money that Samurai_N pays them [Within 24 hours of Samurai_N asking them to apply]
7. Will do /warp LS [Within 24 hours of becoming mayor]
   
8. Will do /rg ao StreetFighter Samurai_N [Right after they complete the "/warp LS" command]
9. Will do /rg ro StreetFighter Tygerlily [After they complete the "/rg ao..." command]

No Tygerlily, I made some changes to the original contract because you are already resident and I had to get resident got the last person I made a contract with. So can you re agree using the format I asked you to use earlier.
