    I do have 85k.
    No i dont have any towns near me within a 100 block radius.
    I am a resident.
    The town cords are in legacy.
    I made these funds by selling special features.
    The name of my new town will be named: Cold Rock
    My town is 190x190.

    Additional info. about my town is that im gonna use it to sell plots and make a mansion for me to live in.
