Minecraft Username: KMaxwell Brief Description: Tree Feller is not working Instructions: Hold an axe, right click to activate the tree feller skill, then hit a tree How many times did you recreate this bug?: 3 Result: Tree is still standing Expected Result: Tree is felled Evidence: NA
Confirmed. Tried on acacia. **TREE FELLER ACTIVATED** message shown, working like a normal axe though.
Experienced something else now...leaf blower is broken, too. Leaves won't disappear. And if I hold left mouse button and try to break it normally, it reappears when using an axe. Only breakable with non-axe tools.
I was in a dark forest at the time, and dark oak, oak, birch and large mushrooms seem to be affected from what I tried.
Also confirm that I experience the same tree felling failure yesterday. First discovered on a lonely single oak. Then tried on each of the other 2x2 tree types on my tree farm - No auto felling.
I would like to add something further to this bug. I was using an axe on the leave of a tree, and noticed that aside from the leaf blower, which has been identified as not working, but also in general the axe fails to break the block, it just returns each time. If I use another tool, like the hand, pick etc, the leaf block can be broken successfully. The axe still breaks the log blocks, but fails to break the leaf blocks.
Also noticed something else - it still takes the same durability as if the tree was broken. Brought my eff5 diamond axe to half health within the super breaker time and easily managed to break a stone one after 3 tiny 2x2 spruce trees.
Yay. Just destroyed an eff5 d-axe with full health in 2 seconds because of this bug. An accidental right-click while destroying a giant mushroom and it takes full tree feller durability for every block of the mushroom broken. IS there any progress on this bug so far? :/
Appears to be fixed. Wanted to post this yesterday, then forgot. Leaf blower works again, tree feller works again.
This has been fixed, andrewkm. I was training woodcutting McMMO earlier and everything seemed to work as normal.
The 'ideal' Minecraft server snagging scenario, when updating one plugin fixes another buggy one. Glad to hear it is resolved, and will visit my tree farm to confirm later today. Once the axe has been sharpened.
